Branch Executive Officers Visit the Bayelsa Medical University

The Branch Executive officers of the Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria (AMLSN) Bayelsa State have visited the management of the Bayelsa Medical University in the wee hours of yesterday.

The team led by the Chairman of the Association was warmly received at the Vice Chancellor's Conference hall.

Speaking at the visit, the Chairman of the Association MLS. Seleipre Hannah Richard noted that the essence of the visit was to familiarize the University management with the new Executive officers of the branch as well as solicit their support and foster a good working relationship, especially with the use of the institution's auditorium for the Association's events.

Responding, the Vice-Chancellor of the University, Prof. Ebitimitula Etebu congratulated the new Executive officers for their victory at the elections. He went further to assure the executive officers of the institution's readiness to work, partner and support the current administration to ensure they succeed.

Highpoints of the visit were a photo session as well the exchange of pleasantries.

In attendance were the Chairman, AMLSN Bayelsa State Branch, MLS. Hannah Richard, Secretary MLS. Zebedee Loveday Udu, Financial Secretary MLS. Mercy Daw, Treasurer MLS. Alabrah Tonbara, Publicity Secretary MLS. Isaac Owili-Mensah, Welfare Officer MLS. Ukpong Martha, YMLSF Vice President South South Zone MLS. Umuwe Patrick as well as the Vice-Chancellor and his team.
