BMU ACCREDITATION TRIUMPH: 

In another momentous academic breakthrough, the Bayelsa Medical University (BMU) has recorded a 100% accreditation success in the October/November 2024 Accreditation Exercise conducted by the National Universities Commission (NUC). All seven programmes presented by the University received either full or interim accreditationan affirmation of institutional excellence, bold leadership, and focused implementation of the ASPIRE AGENDA.

This remarkable 7-over-7 accreditation victory-covering Public Health, Community Health, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing Science, Physiotherapy, Optometry, and Human Nutrition and Dietetics underscores the national recognition of BMU as a rising hub of academic innovation, particularly in health sciences.
