BAYELSA STATE CIVIL SERVICE RECRUITMENT: EXAMINATION DATE

GOVERNMENT SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT 

The Bayelsa State Civil Service Commission wishes to inform candidates who applied for employment in the ongoing recruitment exercise into the Bayelsa State Civil Service that the Commission has fixed Tuesday, the 10th of June, 2025 for the conduct of examinations. Candidates are requested to log in for the 30-minute exam between 11:00am to 12 noon.

The examinations shall be conducted on a Computer Based Testing (CBT) system using smart phones and other computer-aided systems, and shall not be restricted to designated centres or venues.

The examinations are meant to cover the following categories of applicants.

CATEGORY 1 - SSCE/NECO holders or their equivalent.

CATEGORY 2 - OND/ND/NCE holders or their equivalent.

CATEGORY 3 - First Degree, Masters Degree holders or their equivalent.

In other to ensure reliability/integrity of the process and ensure familiarization of candidates with the exam format, the Commission shall also organize a Mock Examination for the above mentioned category of candidates. The Mock Exam, which shall not be used as a basis for assessment in the recruitment process, has been fixed to hold on Tuesday, 3rd June, 2025 between 11:00am and 12 noon.

Usernames and Passwords to enable candidates access the examination platform shall be sent to them via SMS through their submitted phone numbers.

Other relevant information on the examination shall be communicated to candidates in due course.
